I never liked Steve Jobs for the reason for building the Apple computer or iPod. Those rich people's tool didn't help me very much as much as PC does, since I was born in a third world country. I still don't like any of those expensive toys very much even I can afford them right now.
But I like Steve Jobs for his life story. I read this speech some time back, before flash video and YouTube. Today I was looking for it, found it on YouTube in video format. Have a look. I'm sure it will teach all of a leason or two.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
