Ahh.. gross wordplay.
Tamilselvam asks "Please bro, open the A9"
The minister replies "turn around and bend over".
The operative word here is arinawa, which could mean "to open" and also (informally) to have (anal) sex with someone.
Sinhala word ‘Arinna’ can be used as ‘open’, also it can be use as ‘Send’. It can be used in when you say ‘Open the door’ or ‘Send the letter’ or even ‘send something in’. The word does not really mean anything about anal sex at all. But it may bring that sort of meaning to the reader's mind when you ask the person to turn over.
You must have a dirty mind to understand the joke even you know Sinhalese.
Anyway once this translates to English, it looses the hummer completely.
